Consulting and Training Interventions

The Liberty Consulting Team provides four unique types of Consulting Services:

CONSULTING: Analyzing past, current and future conditions and providing expert assessments and recommendations for future courses of actions. When we are in a "consulting" partnership we expect the clients to make their own final determinations about what actions to take after thoughtful consideration of our recommendations. We have a variety of assessment tools and approaches.

FACILITATION: Typically done in "team building" or "conflict resolution" settings, our job is to remove barriers to success and effectiveness. We generally accomplish this by direct observations, short training modules on key issues, or through individual feedback to participants. We have developed a very distinctive approach to accelerating the pace and effectiveness of any group interaction.

COACHING: First developed in 1984 we use coaching as a special tool to develop and evolve the skills of key managers, leaders, and executives. Coaching always combines direct, unfiltered feedback to the client, with either thoughtful questions to encourage new thinking, or suggested actions. Coaching is a buzzword in organizations today. We use "Coaching" to mean direct, open, honest feedback that empowers, enhances, and improves personal performance.
